THE CAFE

Our Quayside Cafe is situated on the North Quay of the Tidal Basin adjacent to the Prince of Wales Pier and Clock Tower, at the western end of Dover sea front.

Our cafe commands stunning views across the Tidal Basin, including the RNLI lifeboat, harbour tugs, dredger, fishing boats and leisure craft.

Amongst the items on display in our cafe are numerous and varied photographs of ferries, cruise ships and the harbour past and present, together with many artefacts recovered by local divers from wrecks in the English Channel. A small selection of souvenirs and hand crafted pottery are available to purchase. 

MENU

Our menu offers a range of hot and cold meals and snacks.  Choose from a Full English Breakfast, traditional fish and chips, or maybe even a delicious cream tea using locally sourced scones, cream and jam. Hot and cold filled rolls, coffee, tea, cold drinks and ice creams are also available.

We can prepare your meal for you to enjoy on your boat trip or minibus tour, alternatively you can place an order before your boat or bus tour and it will be waiting for you upon your return.

VENUE

If it is a small and unusual place in which you wish to hold your special event, then we are the people that can help you.

Our cafe can accomodate up to 25 people with additional seating available on the quayside.

Birthday parties, celebrations, anniversaries, business meetings, corporate events, outings and evening champagne tours are all available.
